Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Seedream 5.0 Pro (the "Service" at seedream5pro.com). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Seedream 5.0 Pro is an independent platform and is not affiliated with ByteDance.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Credits, Plans, and Payments

The Service uses a credits and subscription model. Credits are consumed when you generate or edit images. Prices, plans, and credit amounts are shown at checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, including content that violates the rights of others, depicts real individuals without consent, or breaches the policies of the underlying model provider. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Your Content

You retain your rights in the prompts you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the images you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated images comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

"Seedream", "Seedance", and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. The Seedream 5.0 Pro website, branding, and original content are owned by us. Nothing here grants you rights in third-party trademarks.

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, models, and availability may change, and generation results are not guaranteed to be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
